The dearth of employee retention, recruitment, compensation and review policies are taking a heavy toll on the long term sustenance of the company. Communication gap between the employees and the management is one other sore factor.

Public vs. Private school Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1000 words

Public vs. Private school - Essay ExampleMoving further ahead, one should retrieve that the backstage schools are faring better than the general schools because the semiprivate entities work to provide benefits to a select mix of students and thus the community premise is pretty presumable within the same. The public and private schools are different in their manifestations and this is the nigh basic reason why the public and private schools are seen with a smack of skepticism when the talk goes out loud regarding their faction at certain places (Fabry, 2001). What needs to be understood here is the fact hat both public and private schools leave alone have to play a larger role than just getting consentd for no solid reason. It is a fact that the combination might not bring the value that is expected out of their entireties but what it shall do is to form a core syllabus or curriculum for them, which will in return mean that both the public and private school mechanisms hav e a sense of uniformity within their aegis. The need is to properly combine the two so that the alignment factor does not seem to be a missing one, because this is important at the end of the day. The reason why private schools seem to work better for the students and the entire community in meticulous is because the private schools are geared to direct after the selected few and does not oblige into consideration just about any segment of the society, which wants to attain education (Wang, 2001). Also the private schools are very much inclined towards quality which seems to be a problem for the public school enterprises focusing more on quantity than the other way around. The private schools look after the needs and requirements of the students in a proactive way. What this means is the fact that the private schools are focusing on the quality tangent and are relying on how the students will advance into their master domains over a period of time. Since the private schools do n ot require governmental funding, it becomes easier for these schools to bring about their thoughts into serious actions (Burke, 2003). This is not the case with the public schools where correct the smallest of actions and steps take maximum amount of time. The public schools therefore lose out on a number of contexts when it comes to understanding their nuances in light of the private schools, and more specifically in the time and age of today. The argument for the sake pf the private schools seem to be a winning one because the private schools look to hire the best faculties, train teachers whilst they are on the job and give infrastructure and support to the students which seem unheard of when one compares the same with the public schools. heretofore many public schools do seem to come up with different grants and scholarships for their students, the fact of the matter is that nepotism and like-mindedness seem to rule the roost there. These are some of the most depressing scenar ios and situations that one can easily witness within the folds of the public schools (Smith, 1949). The argument gains weight when one comes to the reckoning that the quality education does come with a price on its head. This means that the private

Drama has been established as successful as a correction tool (Okhakhu, & Usrwoma, 2006) and as an educational tool(James, 2009).The radical doctrine behind using frolic as a process based tool in education is that children tend to use experiences and experiments to learn than reading and hearing (Booth, 1994). This basic understanding has been further researched and developed into pedagogies catering specifically to the various learning outcomes. The specific learning requirements of behaviorally and emotionally disturbed children also demand a free platform to do and experience. Research on curriculum catering for the special needs of children with emotional and behavioural disabilities have suggested that such programmes must obligatorily include provision of coursework and educational activities relevant to students real-world experiences and goals that include a variety of non traditional curriculum, and, provision of effective programming that facilitates students social, emotional, and behavioural growth (Hughes & Adera, 2006).Drama can ensamplely include these two criteria. Modern China Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1000 words

Modern China - Essay ExampleWhen Europeans and Americans started to recognize the Chinese people, the traditional intellectual Chinese started to take part in the political and economic systems of China. The most significant evidence was that Sun Yat-sen overthrew the Qing rule and established the Republic of China. 2.What are your ideologies? Why are they suitable for 1905s China and better than your rivals? My ideologies are around reforms. Being a reformer in Chinas 1905s during the Qing dynasty would mean overcoming the bureaucratic structures of the government. As a reformer, I would recommend and implement various reforms in the military, administrative, and fiscal systems to lapse bureaucracies and encourage coordination and representation in all decision-making activities of the government. Like in the Boxer Protocol, reforms would include improvement in the tax systems, subsidies, and benefits offered by the government. The tax reforms would include enforcement and assem bly of land taxes to reduce inefficiencies and conflicts in the lenient approach of landowning. The revenue received from taxation would be used to improve various sectors of the economy including irrigation, roads, schools, and charities and benefits to needy members of the ordering such as old people and people living with disabilities. There should also be reforms in the electoral system in which the people would hit more power and independence to choose their leaders. The reforms also involved changes in the legal code and abolition of the examination system.

Attorney-client Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 500 words

Attorney-client - Essay ExampleDoe has advised his attorney that he did, in fact, kill the person for which he has been arrested. While Ms. Smith did not solicit this information during the discussion, she is now privy to the fact that her client is guilty. This revelation, however, does not submit Ms. Smith to notify the authorities. As an officer of the court, she is precluded from putting a witnessin this case Mr. Doeon the stand if she knows that the witness will load perjury but she is not mandated to turn her client in as a result of the attorney-client privilege. It should be noted that the right to have ones discussions with an attorney kept private is absolute in the United States. In fact, courts have considered the attorney-client privilege to be among the most fundamental testimonial privileges in the lawful system (Kressel, 2006, p. 413). The reason for this is clear, and was recently set forth by Silbert & Joannou (2006) as necessary because it protects confidential communications between an attorney and his client and exists to encourage wide-cut and frank communication between attorneys and their clients and thereby promote broader public interests in the observance of law and administration of justice (Silbert & Joannou, 2006, p. 1225). Thus, with just these facts, it is understood that Mr. Doe is serious from prosecution as a result of his attorneys knowledge he wont be put on the stand to leaven in his own defense, but he will not be revealed as the murderer by Ms. Smith either. His secret is safe with his attorney, who will championship an aggressive defense and force the prosecution to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt.Only one added fact could change this dynamic and very reverse the situation. Assuming all facts as provided above, add the fact that during their conversations, Mr. Doe not only reveals that he is the killer, but is holding the child of the victim guarantor in his basement. At this point, Ms. Smith has no

cut History - Essay ExampleThis is also the conviction when the decolonization began and France lost most of its colonial possessions. It was Charles de Gaulle, writing in his memoirs, who said that France was overburdened with history, wars and revolutions, moving endlessly from grandeur to decline. At the end of World war II, France adopted a socialist system anchored on a thick social safety net by an extraordinary coalition of Gaullists, Socialists, Communists and Christian Democrats. (Hoffman, 2004) This homogeneous policy which is still in effect up to this day is to lead France to economic and political stagnation which contributed greatly to the countrys declining relevance. For instance, on the enclose of governance, the present french bureaucracy is colonized by its employees and unions, where it is impossible for the government to confront its people head-on and implement drastic changes.1 Some observers comment that the French have cultivated and perfected a culture o f dissent. We are reminded that one of the factors that determine the amount of political influence a country has is a go political system that is capable of mobilizing resources for world political goals and immense ideological influence. Also, on the economic front, Guy Sorman put it best when he said that France preoccupied the turn when it chose to languish on the economic model of social-statism a controlled and nationalist economy and refused a better alternative which was the liberal solution. As countries like China, coupled Kingdom and the US profit from capitalism, France harbored an anticapitalist tradition, based on the high value attached to equality, and linked to powerful socialist and Catholic schools of thought. (Hoffman, 2000) As a result, the French economy is static relative to those around it, especially Spain and Ireland and the UK. (Sennot, 2004)Although, France is still

Literature - Research Paper ExampleBarn Burning and Silence of the Lambs develop on the theme of wide-cut and evil and individual conscience by interactions between a powerful paternal figure and a younger pupil figure. Barn Burning is commonly considered a coming-of-age story, alone the way that Sarty comes of age is precisely through the development of his own conscience and the hardest lesson that someone might nab That their father is far from a good person. Meanwhile, in its own sense, Silence of the Lambsis a coming-of-age story A very young FBI agent is thrown into a very dangerous case and has to learn how to deal with serial killers, both investigating them and interacting with them. In both of these stories, the main timbres are struggling to understand the true nature of their mentor Sartys father, Snopes, and Clarices guide through the Buffalo Bill case, Hannibal Lecter. At the end of the story, Sarty sees that his father is going on an increasingly self-destructive path. His last attempt to burn down a b had succeeded and he had gotten away with it, but Snopes cannot help himself from responding to what he viewed as disrespect by again turning to the torch. Sarty knows he has to stop this imminent act of fire-raising and splinters from his own family to do so, but as he runs, he tries to reconcile the monster he knows with the stories hes been told. My father, he thought. He was brave he cried suddenly, aloud but not loud, no more than a whisper He was He was in the war He was in Colonel Sartoris cavry not knowing that his father had deceased to that war a private in the fine old European sense, wearing no uniform, admitting the authority of and giving fidelity to no man or army or flag, going to war as Malbrouck himself did for booty - it meant nothing and less than nothing to him if it were enemy booty or his own. Sarty cant know Faulkners all-knowing narrators aside here, but the information is important to confirm that Sartys judgment s about his father are right, that his instincts are correct There is little redeeming in the character of Snopes. Similarly, Clarice goes into her discussions with Lecter knowing that he is a monster, but struggling to come to terms with his intellect and his strength of character. She never expected someone as refined, elegant and lastly usually quite polite. Lecter respects strength, and repeatedly rewards her insistence with information however, he despises weakness and a lack of independence, so he sometimes refuses to aid her more. In this respect, their relationship is truly that of parent and child The child seeking more aid, the parent being careful with how much to dole out. The truly interesting element, however, is that Lecter is go her moral advice. He gets at the core of her psychology Like Sarty, Clarice once saw something in her childhood that she thought was unimaginably cruel, the bleating in panic and put out of lambs (a symbol of purity and sacrifice). Clarices motivations are to make sure she does not idly sit by again while something is butchered. The problem, though, is that Lecters moral advice is not free and it comes from a truly questionable source. At every point, Clarice has to ask herself if Lecter is trying to get into her head to satisfy his own cravings or to advance a circuitous escape plot, or out of something resembling empathy or friendship. The last call at the end of the movie,
